Night shift wasn’t working and sitting on there phones while they were packed with people trying to order food, no one ever got their food.

the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, I’m on a 30 minute lunch break and I used 23 of my minutes waiting for my food that left me with seven minutes to inhale my food and drive back to work It shouldn’t take 23 minutes to make a breakfast burrito and small tater tots i’ll never come here for lunch again EVER smh and on top of that the lady in the window barely knew how to speak english i shouldn't have to repeat myself seven times to get one thing out of my mouth

Had a door dash order that we needed you pick up and over 45 mins to even anwser the mic. Do not recommend this sonic ever. Especially when we watched someone pull up and get helped..... Very not ever going to accept a order from Door Dash or coming to plave a order. If you do not have proper staff shut the store down.

If I could leave zero stars I would, set at a order screen for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to take my order, finally someone answers and asked if I had a mobile order or a DoorDash, then got put back on hold for another 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible service

I’ve been reading reviews about the parking and button situation, and honestly—that’s not on the employees. If the system isn’t working the way it’s supposed to, just bypass the parking stalls, hit the drive-through, and park. Easy fix.
Now… food talk. I’ve had Sonic before and it was meh. BUT this location? Whole different story.
We’ve gotten food here two days in a row, during the day/afternoon, and YUM. Everything was fresh, hot, and actually tasted like it was made with intention. We both got smash burgers, plus fries, onion rings, and a cherry limeade on my end—so dang good.
Big shoutout to the morning/afternoon crew. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. Thank you!! 👏🍔🥤
