The tomatoes in the vinegar salad had gone bad, one shredded pork dish we never could figure out what it was supposed to be, and the fried shrimp had the consistency of thick custard on the inside of the breading. The waitress / staff was very friendly.

But if it wasn't for our super nice server I don't think we would have returned Sunday. Sundays was awful. They were out of bacon, french toast, potatoes...just a lot of items were out. I was waiting for them to restock some items but we're really disappointed when they didn't replace the items with the same breakfast food. They replaced them with soup....for breakfast? Our server Sunday was not friendly and we had to go to the drink room for refills. The manager of the restaurant probably needs a new job not in the public. She was very unfriendly, walked around with a rude look the entire time on both days. And we could hear her fussing at the servers for not grabbing enough silverware all the way at our table. We always eat here when we come to Gatlinburg but I don't think we will be returning.
