Wanted pizza, got an automated service, outsourced customer service, and the ability to call my credit card company to report fraud. And lest someone start saying I dont know how to use a phone. I ordered on the app correctly. I would have loved to speak to the store, but I was unable to because, again, customer service is outsourced.
