The first visit we got a fresh, warm donut for FREE. Both times that we went the employees were very quick to take our order and very friendly. The donuts tasted great and the atmosphere was clean.

Employees were visible, sign reflected the online hours, and drive thru lights were on, but they would not acknowledge us. We noticed they didn't have coffee, and a few other things you should definitely have when serving donuts. We waited for 10 mins then left.

We get there, place our order and apparently she can’t understand us because we said 6 chocolate covered along with our dozen glazed and it completely thru her off because we didn’t say chocolate glazed.🤪 We also understand that we are true backwoods TN natives so our twang might be a little strong but how hard is it to get a dozen glazed and 6 chocolate covered or chocolate glazed. We get to the window and she didn’t give us our dozen so we have to sit and wait for her to open the window again and at this point she is completely angry and then she over charges us. So with that being said ole Tara might want to look into something other than customer service because she is not cut out for it.
