Once we entered the front door, there was a sign posted on the front door stating they were closed for 5-10 minutes, so we decided to wait. Ten minutes went and we knocked on the door and no one came. My husband then call and the phone just rang. We began to walk in front of the building and notice two females were just sitting there. They eventually saw me and then came and open the door. They seem to be moody. While they were making my cone a rugged guy came in and was waiting in line. We got 1cone with a scoop of ice cream and my husband got 2 scoops with chocolate cone. It came to $22 and change. I thought that was very steep . Well the guy that walks in walked got a scoop of ice cream and left the building without paying. Come to find out it was their friend. Well this is why our order was $22 because they’re too busy giving FREE ice cream to friends and family but over charging people like me who barely makes ends meet. I will tell you I will never come back here again. I hope others will boycott this establishment as well.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
