The wonderful lady behind the counter didn't just acknowledge our concerns; she immediately went above and beyond by ensuring a completely fresh, sanitized scooper was used to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. It is rare to find that level of genuine mindfulness and patience in a busy shop, and her diligence allowed our whole family to relax and enjoy our scoops with total peace of mind. Thank you!

We all laughed until he actually did put eight scoops then actually charged us for them. Who in their right mind would order 8 scoops?? This kid has a great scam going... I guess his manager taught him how to hustle the customers. The checkout girl was in on the hustle too, as she had already rung up our other orders and taken my card to run when the guy gave her the total for the 8 scoop cone. She swiped the card before I could say anything. I made sure everyone else in the store knew what they had done, it was just pathetic and the kids were in shock. The boy that got hustled thought he had done something wrong, but I assured him that it was not his fault. It was the scam artist at the counter, who pulled a fast one on me, that was at fault. Needless to say we will not be back to this particular Baskin Robbins.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
