  I never leave a bad review but the service and food I received were totally unacceptable. I ordered 3 foot longs online and it took 26 minutes for the order to be ready. One sandwich was completely wrong. After we returned home we saw that it was missing items, it had the wrong condiment and was cold. (I ordered a toasted foot long chicken bacon ranch). I called the restaurant and the said they couldn't do anything until I brought the sandwich back. I did and had to wait another 10 minutes. They took the sandwich back and made a replacement for me. I asked if I was going to be compensated for my trouble (I asked for a cookie for my trouble). I was told that the manager is not in the store and they can't give any items without their approval. They did not know when the manager would return. Al in all it was a totally horrible experience. You can believe I will NOT be ordering from this store again. I will order from the other one in town. I hope they don't give that other sandwich to another customer. I put my fingers in it looking for the bacon and tasting the mayo.

  The girl at the front of the line was very rude and argued with me over sliced avocado that I have gotten at this location several times. She told me that she had been working for four years and I haven't gotten sliced avocado there before. We always go to this location tyson ave and always get good service and food but not today they didn't know what vegetables are on a BLT salad. I felt like I was bothering them today. Not sure what's going on there today but the way I was spoke to and treated was very unprofessional. We will be taking your business to another location if or when we decide to order again. Thank you Cash America

  So I started coming here again after I discovered 6.99 footlongs on the app. The girls here made my Italian sub last night than my roast beef one today. Super friendly, quick, fresh ingredients, they do very well here. Thanks again ladies. Will be back

  Out of the local subways, this is the only one I'll eat at. Their produce just looks better, like they have higher standards. The employees are friendly and make your order exactly as you request it. I've had other locations tell me an item I wanted didn't come on the sandwich I ordered and they wouldn't add it to my sandwich. The item was additional vegetables, olives, spinach etc. When I feel like Subway I'll drive out of my way to go to this location.
