  I ordered the bagel untoasted but it was still as hard as a brick. The iced latte was absolutely terrible. It was definitely not what I ordered. It tasted like water and espresso. Just very bitter water. Absolutely horrible. You would think they would have exact measurements to how everything is made and it's not a guessing game. This appeared to be a terrible guessing game with terrible results. I'm not blaming it on the staff. I'm blaming it on poor training. The staff was very friendly. I spent just over $20 and around $15 worth was trash.

  One of my absolute favorite places to go. I usually order on the app and when I do it takes them no time to get it put together. Great environment and clean facility.

  Ordered chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles this morning and did not open them until I got back home. The donuts I received were so stale they were hard. I could have hammered a nail with them. You cannot tell me that they didn’t realize what they were giving a customer. Will never get donuts here again.

  We placed an order for 50 people which was 5 totes of coffee and 5 dozen donuts on Monday for a very large staff meeting for the following week (10 days ahead to be exact) also called back later that afternoon to confirm the time and date again! The manager called today (2 days after the confirmation call) stating “this is the manager at Dunkin and your order is ready” I informed her the order was not supposed to be until the following Wednesday on the 5th. She then replied “ well that’s not what so and so told me” I tried to be empathetic and say I’m sorry for any confusion we hope (click she hangs up the phone). Considering this was an order over $200 and you just hung up on a business. We will not be doing business with you again. We returned a call back directly to the manager that she is the reason we will not be proceeding with our order and to cancel. Dunkin, do better in your hiring of your staff you have now lost a guaranteed order of $200+ and the order they incorrectly made today, so over $400 because your manager directly. This is your store leader who is talking to business customers like this. I can only image how she treats single customers and staff. Unfortunately your store will suffer and long as she plays a role in your store. Every job is a choice. You chose to work there Mrs. manager personal accountability is everything in this world.

  We stopped for the new boo bucket. Had both filled with doughnut holes. Sadly they only had two flavors. But did get two of the maple bacon egg on criossants. Very tasty.
