I completely understand how there’s a requirement to how much ice they put in there drinks but if a customer requests something usually it comes with light ice. I’ve never had issues at any other locations. Along with paying so much for a half full drink is insane. The girl who took the order was nice, the girl who handed us our drinks and such was rude, didn’t say a word, i remembered the amount of cash to hand her but she didn’t even greet us, just stared and we handed her the cash, she didn’t state the amount of change we received. They also were handing out stickers, our vehicle was the only one they didn’t hand one to, I personally will never return. it seems like the people they have working have no clue what customer service is. The teenagers clearly seem to entitled to care.
