  Just drove through newest location in Mountain View. Was hoping this would be better but it was the same old problems as before. A bunch of unsupervised kids who don’t understand the importance of doing their job. Not trusting that our order was correct, my husband pulled around the building & checked. The tacos were as cold as if they had come straight out of the refrigerator! He pulled through & brought it to their attention only to have them blame it on him! “They were hot when we handed them to you !!” I truly believe these were pre-made & refrigerated. They were ice cold -ALL of them in the entire party pack box! Lesson learned- never again! What a shame!

  Garbage... extra condiments.. all on the side... separate containers instead of on food..... they want you to.do the work. Free labor .. like walmart.!!!! Self checkout. Everyone ask for w2.!¡! Stand up America.! Ooltewah tn.

  It's usually hard to review a Taco Bell, unless something went wrong. But this location (staff) deserves some appreciation.. all smiles, all upbeat, very quick workers.. they deserve, at least, a nod on Google maps 👍🏼+++

  Service has always been great, I will no longer be going to Taco Bell ever again however. Replacing a sauce with another sauce in your food now costs an extra 70 cents. I'm not paying damned near a dollar for a little spurt of sauce in a burrito when it already costs so much more than it should.
