  This is a five star restaurant. Very clean on the inside, and very reliable concerning food safety. Whoever chooses to speak through the drive thru speakers, generally has some of the best customer service etiquette I have encountered. Immaculate. I really do believe I will eat here again, possibly eat here up to four times a week. I most definitely recommend over any of the other taco bells in Hamilton county.

  Why does everything here thats fried(hard shells, cinnamon twist, chalupa, etc) taste burnt? Is the oil being used way past due for a change? Why do orders come out with half or less of the volume of ingredients compared to the taco bell down the road on lee hwy? This place must have terrible management.

  The food is hot, the orders are accurate, and the staff are friendly and quick.

  I was happy to see a new TB on Mountainview Rd, as I could no longer stomach the one on Lee Hwy. My happiness was quickly snuffed out. Both locations desperately need adult supervision. Starting with the surly, impatient voice on the speaker, to the distracted pubescent kids at the window, I always fight the urge to just drive away. NO, I don’t want to donate to your college fund, and NO, I don’t want to “round up”, and YES, this is just more of the tipping epidemic. I immediately felt my food before leaving and it was clearly refrigerator cold. When I went to the window both them assured me it had just been made, “to order”. I don’t know who owns this business, but they clearly don’t know how to run a business. I won’t be going back.

  After 3 or 4 attempts to get drive through attendant to hear me, I had to raise my voice each time. The manager “Mario” told me not to raise my voice! I told him at the window that was the only way I could get him to hear me. He continued to argue with me about my attempt to get him to hear. I felt like I was disciplined by Mario! Not to mention the two things I ordered weren’t correct! MY LAST TRIP TO THIS TACO BELL!!!
