  Ordered pizza on line for delivery. Pizza arrived, they sent the wrong pizza. I called the “store” which is actually a call center, they transferred me to the actual store. The employee that answered the phone initially told me that the “best he could do was give me a credit” and I declined that offer and requested that the correct pizza be delivered. He stated that it would be arriving shortly. One hour and fifteen minutes later there’s still no pizza and subsequent phone calls to the store, via the call center, have resulted in over 20 minutes of on hold time without any employee returning to the call.

  Great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was delicious, and the service was even better. We had some car trouble in the drive-through line, and one of the employees (I think his name was JD) came out and had us up and running in no time. Really appreciated him going above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!

  I’m not sure what that other DoorDash driver was talking about. I pick up from here all the time and they are always really nice and fast. I am usually there within less than a minute of accepting the order and they’re already working on my pizzas. I saw another guy left a bad review, but it didn’t seem like he was upset at Pizza Hut at all. Whoever his DoorDash driver was clearly did a bad job, but that’s not Pizza Hut’s fault. I just clicked on the people who left bad reviews here and they seemed to all leave a lot of bad reviews! Something tells me that those people are the problem, not the restaurants.
