  Taco bell is a last ditch effort to fulfill that random 2am hungering. It’s gonna fill you up, it’s gonna taste good, but be prepared for the gastric consequences later. With that in mind, I think this Taco Bell had solid service. They had everything prepared in a good manner. The interior is a little bit unkempt or dirty sometimes, but overall great place to grab some late-night grub.

  I really enjoy the good food and cleanliness of the restaurant. However, I really dislike having to use the kiosk. It directs me over and over for add ons, smh.

  If I could give a negative star, I would. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and my friend so graciously ordered $33 worth of Taco Bell for me and my soon to be family and when we arrived to the establishment they essentially told us they gave our order away already and that we couldn’t get our order and needed to contact corporate. As if we were at fault for their mistake. Regardless of the transactional cost of this circumstance, the physical efforts and lack of respect we were shown is unbelievable. We weren’t offered to place another order and the general attitude of the company was neglectful and irresponsible. The worker tried to blame DoorDash for our pick up order but our order was placed directly with Taco Bell and instead of admitting their fault, they turned us away leaving us hungry and upset for the horrid customer service experience.

  I stopped by this Taco Bell and unfortunately did not have a great experience. While the lobby was a mess, I was willing to overlook that since it appeared to be busy. However, the staff was unfriendly. I ordered the new Nacho Fry Bowl without pico, but it was made incorrectly. When I approached the counter to have it remade, it took a while just to even be acknowledged. The employee I spoke to responded with a condescending “Yes?” and, after I explained the issue, replied, “So you want it remade?” with clear attitude. Customers deserve basic respect. Especially when you aren’t aware of what they may be allergic to or what their dietary needs may be.

  They will look at you standing there waiting to pick up an order and not acknowledge you for 10-20 minutes.
