  The girl that brought out my food was extremely rude. I did and said nothing disrespectful to her, but she decided it was a good idea to tell me I looked like the “guy from ratatouille because of my nose shape”. Some people need to learn how to keep their thoughts to themselves because that was an extremely disrespectful comment to make. No one should ever have to have their appearances pointed out by a stranger unprovoked.

  Put in an app order to pickup, it took them 15 minutes to bring the food out, the person who brought it to the vehicle almost seemed scared for some reason which was super weird, and then when we looked in the bag none of the sauces or condiments that were ordered were in the bag. There was small hole poked in one of the cups so that we didn’t notice it leaking and by the time we did it was because the cup exploded from the small hole finally. Service at the window when asked for the condiments was extremely rude and curt. I would not recommend this sonic if you like to be treated like a person.

  Service is terrible! every time we go, our order is never right and they get an attitude if you say anything. Tonight my burger had cheese burnt soo bad I questioned if it was even cheese, I didn’t know they even had the option to burn cheese and the cherry limeade was awful tasted like carbonated water-> needless to say we won’t be going back

  Would leave a 0 if I could This Sonic in Ooltewah has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. The cooks clearly do not care about the food they send out. Everything tasted old, greasy, and thrown together like it was a punishment to make it. The burger was cold in the middle, the bun was soggy, and the fries were either undercooked or so stale they might’ve been sitting there all day.

  Dirty atmosphere and food wasn't good.
