    Ordered ahead with the app while down the street at an appointment. Pulled into a stall, and then wound up waiting for 40 minutes to get wrong food. Both burgers were cold, wife's burger was missing bacon, and my drink was wrong. They "fixed" it by slapping bacon onto the returned burger, and still didn't get my drink right. Wrong amount of ice in drinks, no ketchup on either burger, and not even an apology for the delay. Will not be returning.

    We used to eat at this Sonic at least every other week. We loved it and very seldom ever had any problems but when we did, they were quickly corrected. Then about a year ago it first started off that their app never worked so you couldn’t ever order the specials. Then all the orders was either cold or wrong or both. And there is at least one manager up there that is so rude. I have even been told that she has told them not to answer any calls from me because I had made complaints. I had ordered ahead and put the time I needed my food and when my daughter went to pick it up, they said they did not have an order for me, she showed them my receipt and where I had paid. When my daughter finally got our order, it was cold.The manager got on the speaker and informed her that they cook the food as soon as the order comes in! Why give the option to order ahead? It does no good to complain to the management at this location, they do not care. This is just one of many examples. I will never eat at the Sonic again until they get new management that appreciate their jobs and realize that the customer is paying their wages.

    Ordered food. Screen says food was coming out. It never did after 25 minutes we hit the button again and was brought lukewarm food. Tere were a total of 4 cars at stalls so they definitely weren't busy. Would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

    I cant even leave a star but, have too before I can post... Its bad no one answered the drive through pulled up anyway and set there for about 10 minutes decided to just go knock on the window and the manager came to the door he was super nice I explained to him about service he apologized to me and I appreciated that so much i didnt catch his name but, his crew is awful too new and even if they been there a bit they still have no idea what to do.. I been in management also and new workers was fully trained before left alone on a shift by themselves someone was there and they shadowed the other staff that had been there a good while.. So I can say its the main store manager fault for scheduling shifts with all untrained employees.. District and regional needs to pay a visit and get this place to where it should be. Its the worst I've ever been too... I see ALOT of cars leaving everytime I'm there please save this sonic the town needs the variety of food and jobs.. True hard workers need these jobs not someone who is just there cause every other place stepped up and not kept people who dont wanna work to hard workers if a person likes what they do it shows they take pride in their work but, again when a business values their employees that makes a big difference also... So it comes both ways.. Just hope it changes for the sake of needed jobs and town revenue this is a small area so they need to stay but, need alot of changes... I could see this through the side door..
