    Set and drive through for 10 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich then was told to pull up because they forgot to fix the chicken Arby's is a joke here needs new management

    Night of Dec 26, 2025, all other restaurants were closed in Oneida TN for the Christmas Holiday. I was in town for a funeral the next morning. Thankfully, the Arby's connected to the gas station convenience store was open. It wasn't busy. My food was hot, came out fast, and was good. Excellent service!
