  I can only say that contrary to what I've heard. We were given excellent service at the drive through. The food was boxed and quickly handed out that window with a smile. We went home and chowed down on some hot fresh Taco Bell. The sauces we asked for were in there. Along with eating utensils and napkins.Job well done.

  What happened to you guys, restaurant was awesome a while back and now it's horrible. Service is horrible, food poorly packaged all stuffed into 1 bag even though they were lux boxes. The gray headed 20 year old working the drive thru need a better attitude. If she hates the job, just quit. No one needs your negative energy. I'm finally done with this location do I have to start going back to Hendersonville to get decent service. December 4, 2025

  Woman at the drive through on 10/29 at 6:30pm acted like she was pulling teeth wouldn't look any one in the eyes as they talked about threw out food on the ground as she passed it out the window and wouldn't talk to us deapite any questions asked. I grt taco bell ain't a high vlass place and a crap job but don't be making people who are making a effort to ve polite suffer.

  This Taco Bell is independently owned and it shows! The workers are some of the most kind, courteous and fastest, fast food workers I've just about ever encountered. I work in the area so this is based on repeated visits. I've never had a bad experience and I literally passed two other Taco Bells and choose this one every time! Great people doing a great job!

  Literally I bring my son to Taco Bell several times a week he loves the rice with the beans. He is a toddler , I've never had an issue before is the store or the drive-thru or in Hermitage , however I've never been to this store in the evening on the weekday ! I guess this crew has no people skill or knowledge of the menu. I ask very directly and plainly not once not twice not three times the fourth time I had to go on to the kiosk and order it correctly myself, can I have a side of black beans with rice ! Two burritos one black bean bowl of rice and then a finally rice and bean after I personally ordered it via kiosk and paid again, 30 minutes later while the rest of my food is cold waiting for my child to be able to eat! He took his first bite of his rice because obviously we've been here 30 minutes he's hungry and literally burned the inside of his mouth and he had to spit it all out it was so hot I didn't know it was just hungry and grabbed at it so obviously that was not good either so after 30 minutes of trying to get just a side of beans and rice and for him most of it's been wasted because it was so hard for him to eat! I will personally recommend using the kiosk, and avoid contact obviously with the staff who does not obviously want to provide service anyways! Ridiculous!
