I wish I could give a review with no stars everything about this McDonalds is horrible Poor customer service ,Poor management,Poor Food quality All I had was three patties with no bun took over 25 minutes and not to mention my order said it was ready bc I ordered through the mobile app.I would definitely drive a farther distance to go to the other ones that I have been to bc I can promise you that you will get a way much better experience

WHEN MCDONALDS WAS RUNNING THEIR " SOCK" CAMPAIGN, I WODERED ONE OF THOSE MEALS, AND WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR 1 MEAL.
COMPLAINED " MCDONALDS " SAID " SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH THE RESTURANT. I AM A SEMI DRIVER, I DON'T DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THE RUN AROUND, SO YOU FOLKS CAN FORGET MY SELF OR MY FAMILY EVER DARKENING ANY OF YOUR AGAIN. WE WILL FIND AN HONEST PLACE TO EAT.

On 2 separate occasions I've had my order messed up, either missing items or just completely incorrect order. About a week ago I went and placed an online order , I ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles. They have me 2 plain double cheeseburgers. Just this morning I went to get breakfast for my kids on my off day, I ordered the big breakfast platter , 2 burritos, and a chicken biscuit. My chicken biscuit wasn't placed in the bag , at $4 a pop , you'd think they would get the orders right. Also , my breakfast platter had ZERO eggs . Will never order from this location again.

Ordered a large mocha frappe watch her make 2 tells me to go to 3 rd window I did she brings me one that was melted and I said it’s melted she said yep and walked away

Don't ever go to this McDonald's around closing time!! My little brother just went through the drive thru to pick up food for our family and the lady took half the order and in the middle of finishing my order she quit answering him and after he said hello a couple of times she finally answered and said they were closed.They shouldn't have taken any of the order if they was closed! This is bad business and unprofessional. You either take the whole order or don't take the order at all.
