Every time I place a DoorDash order from your location, I know I’m not just getting ice cream. I’m getting an adventure. And not just any adventure — a suspense thriller. Will I receive what I ordered? Will my sundae come without the sundae? Will the milkshake arrive as a sad, flavorless puddle of regret? Who needs Netflix when your store provides this kind of unpredictable entertainment? Let me be clear: you have never once gotten my order right. That’s at least five times now — a solid streak of failure that deserves some kind of plaque. Most businesses shoot for consistency in quality and service. Yours has heroically committed to the opposite. Honestly, it’s inspiring. If I ever need something done incorrectly with total confidence, I know exactly where to go. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
