She was honest and told him her protein drink was not very good. He insisted on bringing her a different coffee and she was most appreciative. She told the manager she really liked this drink. We both thanked him. This manager went above and beyond. You don't see that much anymore. Thank you to the manager of the Dunkin Donuts on Lebanon rd, Old Hickory Tn.
