The last three times we have gone they have been able to read off the five or so ice cream flavors they do have in stock when they advertise 32 flavors. The district manager of this location and the other one in Hermitage needs to be let go because they are both the two most horrible Baskin-Robbins experiences you could imagine possible.

I ordered two milkshakes, the first one tasted like milk so on the second one I asked for it to have less milk. Made the second one just right! So I asked if I could maybe get another scoop of ice cream in the first one and I can stir it up with a spoon. I asked where the spoons were because on the counter are dirty ones, she tells me it’s not dirty so I took the dirty ones on top and showed her the dirty ones and just asked for the first one to be remade with less milk. Every time I place a DoorDash order from your location, I know I’m not just getting ice cream. I’m getting an adventure. And not just any adventure — a suspense thriller. Will I receive what I ordered? Will my sundae come without the sundae? Will the milkshake arrive as a sad, flavorless puddle of regret? Who needs Netflix when your store provides this kind of unpredictable entertainment? Let me be clear: you have never once gotten my order right. That’s at least five times now — a solid streak of failure that deserves some kind of plaque. Most businesses shoot for consistency in quality and service. Yours has heroically committed to the opposite. Honestly, it’s inspiring. If I ever need something done incorrectly with total confidence, I know exactly where to go. At this point, I assume your team is just spinning a big wheel labeled “Wrong Flavors,” “Missing Items,” “Extra Toppings No One Asked For,” and “Just Wing It.” Do you train new employees using a Magic 8-Ball and a blindfold? Because that would actually explain a lot. So consider this my formal request: please get it together. For the love of Rocky Road, consult a checklist. Label something. Read. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
