I felt so bad because it was 30 minutes before they closed! He was so very kind and even gave me a discount on the order. I want to thank Joseph for his kindness and professionalism when probably even myself would have been bitter about an order 30 minutes before closing. My husband and I appreciate you SO much. Please, whoever reads these, personally reach out to this man and let him know he is appreciated and valued. You have a great man with him as an employee.

When I entered, he simply stared at me without any form of greeting or even asking if I was there to pick up an order. After a moment, I said hello, and he begrudgingly responded, "Hello," before finally asking if I was picking anything up. I made it clear that I no longer wanted the pizza and wished him a good night.

This one is a lot better now that they are using Door Dash for their deliveries. My one complaint is that I order extra mushrooms every time and I barely get a normal amount.
