  So I got two Taco tabs meaning I can get two free tacos and when I went through the drive-thru there was six workers outside I asked to please do two separate transactions so I don't have to come back for one taco and a woman got on the drive-thru speaker and said oh no we're not doing that we're only doing 1 transaction per vehicle mind you this is one taco that we're talking about in a separate order would mean that they would have to make two tacos the woman was extremely rude to me and they were more worried about hanging out outside in front of Taco Bell while some kid was dangling on his car they were more worried about hanging outside instead of taking people's orders and taking people's doordash

  My cheese sauce was burnt and my fries was stale and it taste like they put them in old grease. Do not order from this place and I have such bad customer service.

  Repeated issue during late-night drive-thru with an employee named Ashley. Let’s start by saying my food was made correctly so it’s not an issue fueled by my food being wrong. On multiple visits, while another employee was taking my order with no issue, she interrupted over the headset and rushed the process by asking if I “need anything else” before I had even finished. Both times this happened, it was immediately after I briefly laughed at something unrelated to the interaction, and it was said in a no-nonsense tone. There was no line and no reason to rush, and it disrupted both me and the employee already helping me. I also called afterward just to request corporate contact information and was told she “didn’t know it,” with no effort made to ask anyone else. During the call, she kept asking if something was wrong with my food even after I said I was only asking for corporate contact info, which felt dismissive and gave the impression the conversation was being redirected before I could raise a concern. This disrupts the natural flow of the customer experience and appears to be an ongoing pattern. Management should really look into this.
