Food was a little slow on a busy Saturday night but service was good and manager was attentive.

I ordered take out and the polite teen looking girl with the pink streaks in her hair was very nice and professional. She also got me extra sauces and to go bread for my littles to eat in the car.

The food was very good! The appetizers are fairly large, and the steak was very juicy with a nice crust. My only complaint is that both the fries and steak were a little too heavy on the black pepper for my preference, but otherwise the food was perfect!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I try to be understanding—especially because I worked in restaurants for years and know mistakes can happen, particularly with takeout. But this experience really left me disappointed. I ordered a 20oz bone-in ribeye, well done, along with a baked potato and a salad as an Easter present to myself. The total came out to around $60 before tip, so I was expecting a meal I could actually enjoy. Unfortunately, the steak was not cooked well done as requested—it was undercooked to the point that I couldn’t eat it at all. That was the main part of the meal, so it ended up feeling like a complete loss. I reached out to let them know, and while I do appreciate that they offered a $20 credit, it honestly doesn’t feel like a fair resolution considering the cost of the meal and the fact that this isn’t the first time this has happened. When you’re paying that much, you expect the order to be right—especially for something as simple as cooking temperature. I’m not trying to be harsh, but at the same time it’s frustrating to feel like I paid full price for a meal I couldn’t eat. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be returning, which is disappointing because I wanted to like this place.
