I took one bite it tasted off never have I ever received a frostie from Wendy’s and it come out like these two did! My remake was worse than my first one i received! I Called the store and no surprise after the service i received, no answer! I order from here all the time and this was very disappointing! Never will I come back during night shift! As an assistant manager at another restaurant here in oak ridge this is embarrassing! Please Wendy’s night shift that is working tonight on December 9th around 12am come work on one of my shifts I run so I can teach you proper customer service this is mostly directed towards the so called “manager” who took my order and brought my replacement frostie. I’m not sure where yall found this guy Wendy’s but yall damn sure need to find an actual professional, dude is a joke! This was absolutely unacceptable!
