He was moving as fast as he could, but I showed up at the pickup time, and they had not even started my sub yet because the poor guy was just so overwhelmed with orders, and I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my sub. As I said, the employee was lovely, but they're absolutely needed to be more than one employee.
