Its a sandwich shop and she was packing up like she wanted to close early. Went the other afternoon and a different older lady was fantastic. Just prepare for your business and make enough bread.....thats what your business is based on!

I asked politely for extra lettuce on my sandwich and she refused stating she was almost out, I again asked her for a little extra *seeing as her pan had lettuce in it* and she berated me acting like i was asking her for the money in the drawer. Mary needs a new job. She obviously cant handle customer requests.

I struggle daily when employees don’t take 2 extra minutes, and she was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Not to meantion THE BEST SUBWAY SANDWICH I’ve EVER had!!!! YOU DESERVE A FAT RAISE QUEEN !! We will be back to see her even though we are 50 minutes away!
