I ordered in the app and my husband went to pick up the order due to me having a migraine. We live 4 minutes from here. He came back with fries that tasted like they were made 2 days ago. Soggy, ice cold, and not even fry texture anymore. I actually gagged after eating one they were so stale. Why is is so hard to serve hot fries? They weren’t busy so they could drop to order or at least small amounts so people get edible food. I called to let them know the fries were inedible and as soon as I said can I please speak to a manager the guy on the phone just kept saying oak ridge McDonald’s over and over acting like he couldn’t hear me and hung up on me 3 times. I then had my husband call from his phone and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The clown mascot is fitting because this location is a joke.
Update: my husband took the fries back and the female manager was not at all helpful and rushed him out with another order of cold fries.

I’m just just totally pissed off right now. Me and my fiance got food thru the app. They were nice at the first window we add two thing on there they were nice about it. But then came the second window the gentleman was rude as hell gave us 3 drinks when we only got one but told us rudely to give it back and they need to fix there damn app cuz we didn’t get that boo bucket for my 2 year old son he is only two he didn’t get no you expect for the stupid adult toy with the tin and stickers he can not have. And they did not give us his milk at all. We just came back from my son appointment he did good at so we wanted to get him boo bucket but they gave us the regular box. Out of all this we alaways had problems at the McDonald’s this is why I prefer to go to are other one in town. Y’all need to fix theses employees and get more training and have some respect. Thank you 😡😤

Had a mobile order for two large drinks and that's it. got to the drive-through, they said it'll be one moment. We sat waiting for 20 minutes, and were still waiting when someone else pulled up to the other speaker and got their order taken immediately. We waited another five minutes and was still not spoken to absolutely terrible service, I will never return to this McDonald's. Also, don't even try to get a refund, when you do them on mobile orders it takes weeks. I've been waiting for one for a month.
