- KCKrystal Collins5 days ago1.0Absolutely worse experience I ever had at Dairy Queen or even in the 5 years I've lived in Oak Ridge. The staff were so disrespectful! I attempted a complaint to "corporate/franchise owner". They REFUSED to give me names. Asked for fresh fries. I was told they are. They were cold and gross. Food was snatched out of my hands and window was slammed shut. Then I was told to leave when I tried asking for fresh fries. I saw her grab them from the heating element which the light wasnt even on. Went inside to talk to manager and she was just as crappy.

Between 8-9pm on 1/5, I was at the drive thru window and the same woman that is always extremely rude and unpleasant had left the window open. All I could hear was her screaming and cursing loudly over everything, including my order. Im sure I am not the only person that has experienced this yet she is still working here.
