My first encounters with this location were dismal at best, but I thought maybe I caught them on a bad day. No, they are rude and clearly have no leadership in management/owner(s). At the very least, someone should acknowledge the drive thru to tell them that they're busy. I waited over 10 minutes trying to talk to someone. Understaffed is one thing, but zero acknowledgment is a choice. The employees are rude inside, slow, incompetent, and the facility doesn't appear to be kept at ServSafe standards. Disappointing is the understatement of the century.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
