  Order was supposed to be ready for pick up in 30 min. They didn’t even put it in the oven until after we showed up over 30 min later. Everyone showing up to pick up is just walking back out aggravated. Manager didn’t seem to care either. Guess we’ll be going back to Marco’s for pizza in town again.

  We placed a delivery order through the Papa John’s app. 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, we called, and they said Doordash just picked it up. 20 minutes later we called and they said they would contact DoorDash. They called us back 10 minutes later and said DoorDash cancelled on their end and we should receive a refund (this is an hour and an half after our order was placed and an hour after it was supposed to be delivered). We asked why we weren’t notified, and the employee repeated multiple times that it was DoorDash’s fault. We didn’t order through DoorDash, if Papa John’s uses them, it’s still Papa John’s fault. They offered no other restitution and hung up on us. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Their pan pizza is really good. Good dough recipe,and price. My grandson loves it.

  Late deliveries, poor communication, rude management, poor customer service. Issues three times. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
