  Kind suggestion to randomize the "get free smoothies during the year on grand opening day" because it's all teens that camped out and have already exceeded the "first 50 people". Folks who are caregivers (to babies/children/elderly or very ill family) cannot do the same. I arrived an hour before opening today, and there were already 50+ teens lined up. *I'll update my review once I've purchased & experienced customer service etc.

  My family and I ate at TSC on Friday. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. One of the managers was training a staff on the cash register. It was nice to see that they took time to explain when the new employee had a question. Everyone was in a great welcoming mood. Ordered a wrap and smoothie and both were delicious. Can’t wait to go back again.

  Best experience ever of a new opening store! Service was great and manager on duty (I believe the owner) was very welcoming to customers and doing great at guiding her crew the day my family went in. The crew gave helpful suggestions and recommendations when some of us were undecided on which smoothie and food item to get. Hands down a great experience!

  The store looked incredibly clean, I was there during the soft launch. I could tell how excited everyone was. The staff were so sweet, everyone was in high spirits and smiling! The manager seemed to have great energy around the staff which is rare and makes me happy to see especially since they looked like high schoolers. I’m glad I went because the food and smoothies are amazing 🤩

  Worst tropical smoothie cafe experience! I went in and was the only customer. There were so many staff members and everyone looked incredibly stressed out. The manager or owner looked so unhappy and seemed like she was anything but friendly. I got a kids smoothie for my son and heard the owner berate the high schooler (who was working there) for putting too much ice in the blender. The girl next to her was making the same smoothie and did the same thing. Instead of making it a training moment, she served the smoothies. Needless to say it was tasteless and my son hated it. I am very disappointed in the experience.
