  This place is so nasty. Workers do not clean the dining area and just slop food everywhere like they are feeding hogs. I cannot imagine they will pass a health inspection. Whoever manages this place needs to find a new line of work. ALWAYS out of most everything. Place is constantly a mess and it's a brand new restaurant. A shame. We got home with a takeout order and none of our entrees had any meat on them. Nothing but tortillas. Every time we've been there it's been a chaotic mess.

  Reading through these reviews left me at a loss of hope for humanity. Everyone complaining about “wait time” and “no food” clearly has not worked in a fast food type environment. Working in food is hard enough, but put it in a busy town and a widely loved restaurant, and you can expect at least some delay. The workers are doing an amazing job. The customer service I received today was amazing, there was a wait on the rice. So what? It’s just busy, I understand. People expect their food to be done before they walk in the building. The boy and the girl working were professional and apologetic. Some people need to get a grip on the level of service they expect from a newborn restaurant.

  So bad… They never have food cooked. Out of chicken again and the place is trashed. Food is all mixed together and nothing is clean. The people behind the counter are clueless, they just look at you as you try and order something like they expect you to leave. The food trays are empty or gross and there’s nothing being cooked while 5 people are in line. What happened to standards Chipotle?! This place JUST opened!! They can’t stay open long, unless something drastically changes. Sad.

  This place is absolutely certain to fail. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. The girl at the counter was completely rude and clearly has no experience with customer service. So it’s very clear that nobody trained her. The person who was making my online order said they were so behind because they couldn’t locate the lettuce. Not only was my order 25 minutes late and the lady at the counter as rude as can be, but my wife’s meal had no lettuce and no cheese, but the sticker clearly says cheese and lettuce. You can’t just open a place, hire whoever the heck wants a job, and let it run. This place is horrible.

  We placed a catering order with the Chipotle on Nolensville Road to be ready by 12:00 PM for our family’s Christmas party at 1:00 PM. As I’m writing this, it is 1:10 PM, I am sitting inside the restaurant, and our order is still not ready. When we arrived, we were told the store was not aware of the order, despite us having a confirmation number. This has caused significant stress and delays for a family gathering that had a set start time and guests waiting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for a pre ordered catering order, especially during the holidays, this level of breakdown in communication is unacceptable.
