- BSBead ShireMar 1, 20261.0The place is filthy, staff are not pleasant spend more time talking amongst themselves. Food was terrible, the quest was inedible to me. When I got to the counter the server was going to scrap the bottom to add pico to my bowl I hesitated. She refilled it and gave me some but I definitely put her out by having to do so. Floors were filthy and the plastic forks had a nasty odor, personally I would advise avoiding oh and this was with 8 staff and 3 tables with customers.

Every table dirty, floors filthy, trash overflowing. No way this happened in the first 30 minutes they were open, which makes me believe it was left that way from the night before. They were already out of fajita veggies and said they don’t have the chimicuhirri anymore even though they have a sign for it. One poor girl was working the line by herself while two others showed zero urgency while prepping food. Line was quickly around the store. At check not one employee could figure out my rewards. Food was good as it always is at Chipotle but this location needs some serious assistance with management. My husband was at this location a month ago and witnessed an employee walk out. Now I understand why.
