  Truck Driver, Wendy’s was extremely slow & I pre ordered it from my truck be for I filled up my truck. I ordered 2 different ice cream and they had to refund me because they said the machine was down for cleaning at 9:30pm.

  I’m only giving this place one star because there’s no option for zero. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The cook was handling food without gloves, and the staff completely ignored customers in the lobby. My order was very simple, by the way, was skipped multiple times. One employee told me, “I’ll be right with you,” then walked away and never came back. Another employee barely acknowledged anyone and walked past customers without saying a word. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food, it took over 20 minutes and I was the only customer in the lobby, with little to no activity in the drive-thru. During that time, I watched several other customers get frustrated after being ignored and leave without ordering. When I finally got my food, I went straight to my car and checked it. The chicken nuggets were cold, overcooked, and tasted like they had been sitting or re-fried in old oil. The burger was also cold, and the bun was stale. I went back inside, and they offered to remake the food, but at that point, I declined. After that experience, I had no confidence in the quality. This was easily the worst service I’ve ever received. I will be contacting corporate or whoever oversees this location. I strongly recommend reviewing the security footage to see exactly how customers are being treated. Also, it isn't very clean inside. 0/10 - do not recommend.

  Was in picking up an online order for a friend, and wanted to place an order for myself. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, and was never asked if I wanted to Order food or not. There was 5 or 6 people in the kitchen so not like they couldn’t handle it.

  This Wendy's is doing everything correctly and going above & beyond in quality!! We were apprehensive of the prices being higher than our local location, but I can assure you it was actually worth it!! Everything came out incredibly fresh & wholesome with hardly any wait. I wanted to call and compliment the staff directly but the line was busy, so I figured leaving a good word here was just as good! Def worth a stop if you need a Baconator on the way up I-75!
