  Good experiences at Taco Bell are becoming less frequent. But Kristin W had great customer service and was very pleasant to interact with. My receipt didn’t have a survey code on it but I wanted to give her the shoutout she deserves. She made this weary traveler smile.

  Food order is almost never correct, I always try a give them a chance, but I'll stick to Sevierville Tn Taco Bell. Newport really needs to up their game!

  Ordered a Large confetti cookie freeze, and Baja freeze. Waited 25 minutes and had to ask for the drinks. Received a regular confetti cookie freeze instead of a Large. This is absolutely unacceptable Taco Bell. If I hadn't ask directly for them how much longer would've it been?
