    This place has ZERO idea of what fast food means. It means in and out quick! Not 15 cars waiting in line for 30 plus minutes.

    If you go here it doesn't matter what day it is or what time it is. You will sit in line for 30mns or longer. This is the slowest place in town.

    Taco Bell is my favorite place!! I could eat here everyday all day and never complain. The workers I've dealt with have always been amazing. Within the past year, I've had no issues with getting my order and it being correct. I can't remember the last time I was missing something from my order. I always get a good amount of sauces, which I appreciate so much! Complaint: If there is a line, get ready to wait. I've waited in lines at this place for 30+ minutes before. I personally don't mind it if I really want Taco Bell, but be prepared.

    The slowest taco bell in the country. Im writing this while currently trapped in the drive thru line, that I've been sitting in for well over 30 minutes. Not worth it. Their drive thru is one way, designed in such a way that you are trapped once you are in it. This should be against fire codes as well. It would be faster if you drove 40 miles away, to the taco bell in Sevierville....

    Ordered online at 6:08. Got in line at 6:15 and made it to the speaker at 7. The girl asked if I had door dash or mobile order. I told her mobile. She asked my name, then said let me get you checked in. On the bottom of the menu board my order and total popped up on screen. Then a man came on the speaker and said our screen just shut down so I am sorry but we cant see your order. Said you will get a refund within 24 hours. Sorry and merry Christmas. Pathetic way to do business. So I wasted 45 min waiting on line to be told this.
