  I hate to leave this review, but I have been there eight times in the past four months, and they have messed up my order in a different way every single time. They do not answer their phones. They never have enough chicken prepared. They take your money before ensuring they have the food you requested, and then they do not offer refunds. Their customer service is rude, and they give inadequate ultimatums. I have gone to this place for a few years now, and I love the chicken, but this location needs to get its quality under control.

  Came in for lunch with my kiddo and while we had to wait, the employees were super nice and even made sure to get us our fresh Bo-berry biscuits brought right to our table. The GM Zach was polite and clearly doing his job to the best of his abilities, even with what looked like a short staff for a lunch time rush. The inside of the store is a little worn, but everything was clean!
