  This particular Wendy's is horrible.. Everytime I come, your waiting in the drive thru at least 15 minutes before anyone ask to take your order and there is NO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU!! I got a jr bacon cheeseburger, ha ha.. NO BACON on it, the burger itself was black on the edges and dry. You can tell when food is FRESH or been sitting for awhile. Apparently they are making the burgers ahead and letting them sit until someone orders because they definitely are NOT FRESH. I fed the burger to a dog. I hate to say it because I would hate to see another business go out of Antioch but if this Wendy's can't find good hard workers they need to shut down. I will drive to Smyrna Wendy's before I ever stop at this one again and I live in Antioch. But I'm scared of getting food poisoning from this Wendy's. It's sad that the workers don't take their job to heart, I mean you are giving this dry, hard, burnt food to people to eat.. disgusting

  I've been here several times in the past years and every time it's the same. Never prompt at the drive through ordering kiosk. Luke warm soggy fries at 4pm. The food that ends up being served is a poor delivery considering how Wendy's food is supposed to be enjoyed. Rude staff, soggy fries, long wait times If you enjoy Wendy's food I encourage you to find another location

  Even though the employees were running around like a chicken with its head cut off they still managed to greet me and be polite.

  Slowest service ever every damn time! Literally just went to pick up my food with nobody in the drive-thru and I was still told to park and wait for my food for 20+ minutes. Get some appropriate staffing at this place or just close it down already!
