  If it's not one thing, it's another, every single time I come to this Wendy's in the morning for breakfast or anytime for that matter. First thing, I pull up to the speaker and immediately get told to hold on. No welcome to Wendy's, none of that but "hold on." I have to order my food at least three times because they act like they can't hear the first time I say something, ring up the wrong order, only for me to have to correct it when I get to the window, and then have me pull into a parking space because they haven't made my food yet. I went there for a breakfast sandwich and a drink, and literally had to wait 15 minutes to get my sandwich only for it to be cold when I got it here whoever owns this Wendy's needs to shut it down because the staff is unprofessional, and the service is terrible.

  Do yourself a favor, don't come to this location. I can not believe they are even still open. I have come here (out of convenience of location) over a dozen times and they have screwed the order up literally every single time. They have a bad attitude when you ask for the correct item. The sandwiches look like they just threw whatever they had lying around into a box and called it good. Oh and make sure you ask for a receipt because they won't give you one and when you try to get them to replace your items with the correct ones they will ask for it. I would be shocked if I ever got my order right at this location. Today was the last the straw. With gas being almost $4 a gallon, I don't feel like making 2 trips here. One to order, one to get the right items. I am NEVER coming back here. EVER.

  I have been to this location a lot and I can say this is one of the worst Wendy’s I have been to in my life. I don’t have a problem with the morning shift but the night shift is a different story. They forget items in my order every time my wife and I order from here. Their customer service is beyond terrible and their work ethic is horrible. And Don’t get me started with the manger on night shift she hangs up on customers faces when they don’t understand or comprehend a mobile order and a DoorDash/Uber order. They also hang up on the customers when their staff messes up an order or forget an item. Plus they need to teach their staff at the 2nd drive through window to tape the receipt on the bag so customers doesn’t have to have a problem proving that they messed up their order or missing an item. They should either shut down the location or change the night shift crew in general even the manger.

  Worst service ever! They took $5.70 for dessert. I ordered a dessert on the app and then they told me they were sold out. They said they couldn’t issue me a refund I had to contact customer service through the app. I’ve called the customer service line 9 times already and you cannot speak with an agent. It just automatically disconnects when you hit the option to speak with customer service. From the time I placed my order it has been over three hours, and I still don’t have a refund. 🤬 I also tried using the Chat feature and it doesn’t work. Do not go there! BUYER BEWARE!
