  El peor servicio para comprar en la noche los trabajadores solo hablan entre ellos y demoran mucho tiempo en entregar los pedidos ya me a pasado muchas veces

  I was in line in their drive-thru for over 30 minutes! And when they finally came out after everybody else behind me got their food and drove off, they never gave me my free Frosty or tag with it. They either need to hire more staff new staff or shut the restaurant down because this is ridiculous and unexcusable!

  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize this Wendy’s location. Every time I visit, the team is consistently kind and welcoming at the drive-thru. Yesterday, 3/24/26 they were experiencing technical difficulties with the drive-thru, and customers had to come inside to place orders. While it was definitely an inconvenience, the staff handled it so well. They were aware of the situation and remained polite, patient, and courteous throughout. Fast forward to today, 3/25/26 and I came back for lunch again. The employee working the drive-thru at 12:27 PM was absolutely amazing. She took orders with such positivity and made each customer feel seen and appreciated, which truly uplifted my day. Kudos to this entire team. You all are a breath of fresh air, especially during the busy lunchtime rush. Thank you for your great service, and I hope you all have a wonderful day!

  We went at lunch and the food was great. The store was clean. However, there was a man there who was hungry and needed some food. He approached my table for some change and before I could buy him some food, the manager came from the back and was very disrespectful to the man telling him to leave. This man wasn't rude, he just needed a meal. There was no need for him woman to speak to him like trash and it really made me wonder about how she treats her employees. I was ready to buy this man a meal and instead, I lost my appetite for Wendy's.

  I went inside to order food, but no one was at the counter. So I decided to use the restroom before ordering, to give time for someone to come to the counter, but the restrooms have lock codes. It was empty, but you have to use a code to get in. I walked back to the counter, still no one there, so I just left. Mcdonalds is right across the road, no reason to waste money on place with such crappy customer service.
