  I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this is the worst grocery store of all time. How can you charge so much and have the worst customer service? People go to more expensive grocery stores for two reasons: (1) they carry products they like (turnip is good for this) and (2) Better customer service. The service is sooo incredibly slow, like they’re moving through molasses at the checkout counter. No one is expecting it to be the speed of Trader Joe’s, but (1) you need more checkout people and (2) please train/encourage your staff to be kind/helpful with slightly more urgency (we don’t have all day to stand there lol). Not that hard 🙏

  My first time going to Turnip Truck and I was impressed. The salad bar was awesome. Had everything you wanted and all was fresh.

  I love this turnip truck and have been coming here since they opened. Recently I tried to return an item, I had never returned anything to turnip truck before so I was unaware of the unusual return policy. The first lady who helped us was very kind and sweet but didn’t know how to process the return so she called on the manager. When he arrived he was incredibly rude and condescending even going as far as to make a joke about why we were returning it. It caught me and my friend both offguard and genuinely left us speechless. Don’t know how somebody in a position of leadership could be this unprofessional and rude. He could’ve easily kindly informed us of the return policy, but instead he chose to be weird and make us seem like we were stupid for trying to return something. It was to the point where I can’t even say for sure it wasn’t racially motivated. Very disappointing

  I never like to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because I was so taken aback. During checkout on Friday, my interaction with Angela was very rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me was abrupt and discourteous, and I left feeling genuinely upset. It affected me enough that I made a point to look at her name tag so I could follow up appropriately. I have consistently had positive experiences here and have always found the staff to be welcoming and kind, which is why this stood out so strongly. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but speaking to customers in that manner is simply not acceptable. I hope this feedback can be addressed, as I would truly like to continue visiting and having the positive experiences I’ve come to expect.
