- LCLucas ChamonJan 20, 20261.0I went to the store on thanksgiving day (11/27/2025) around 1:35pm and the store was closed (no sign or any indication that it was closed). I drove into the parking and saw that the store was closed. Less than 2 minutes later I was trying to leave the parking garage and I was charged $40 to be able to leave. I went on the store 2 days later to try to get resolution and I was given the contact of the Store Director (Leonard Jones). I called, emailed and he never resolved the problem nor refunded my card. No care for the customer!

Gut, das kann passieren allerdings würde ich erwarten, dass den Mitarbeitenden sowas auffällt. Ich hab die Verpackung dann an der Kasse abgegeben, mit dem Hinweis dass das so im Regal gelegen hat. Der Kassierer antwortete mit einem lapidaren „OK“ Ich bin dann zu einem anderen Supermarkt gefahren um meinen Einkauf zu tätigen.
