Was here with my friends for a buddy’s birthday and I closed my eyes and sat back in the booth and instead of being talked to directly to ask if I was okay one of the staff told my party that it was a bad look that I was relaxing. They then decided to cut off everyone for drinks. So if you come to Top Golf in nashville be careful if you close your eyes for just a second they can just refuse to serve you. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

First time visiting Top Golf, had heard a lot about it and had an idea of what it was like. It ended up being a lot more fun than we'd anticipated. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of space and each person got to play several rounds. 4 of us had never played golf before other than putt-putt, so we had to adjust a bit, but we caught on quickly and really enjoyed the games even though we weren't hitting very far onto the course. Our server, Daniel, kept checking on us for snacks and drinks and even came up with a non-carbonated mocktail for one of us. We're ready to go back and play again!

Our group recently visited Topgolf and unfortunately left feeling very frustrated with how a billing issue was handled at the end of the night.
When we made the reservation, the package we selected clearly indicated that it included a $150 food and beverage credit. This information was shown on the Topgolf website during the booking process and was also stated in the confirmation email we received afterward. Based on that information, our group ordered food and drinks with the understanding that the credit would be applied to our final bill.
When the check arrived, we were surprised to be told that the credit did not apply to our reservation. We showed the staff both the website listing and our confirmation email that specifically referenced the $150 credit, but we were still told it could not be honored.
We asked to speak with a manager in hopes that the situation could be resolved. During that conversation, the manager stated that the contract “depends on how you interpret it,” even though the confirmation email clearly lists the $150 food and beverage credit as part of the package. It was concerning to hear that something written so plainly could be dismissed as a matter of interpretation.
The manager also explained that only the corporate sales team could address the issue and that the location itself could not do anything about it. In other words, the venue where the reservation was made and fulfilled declined to honor what had been advertised and confirmed through Topgolf’s own booking system.
What made the situation even more troubling was that employees acknowledged that similar situations have occurred before, where guests are told a credit is included during booking but later informed that it cannot actually be applied. This understandably creates confusion and leaves customers feeling misled.
We are hopeful that Topgolf will review the reservation details and honor the $150 food and beverage credit that was clearly advertised and confirmed at the time of booking. Customers should be able to rely on the offers that are presented and confirmed when they make a reservation.
For transparency, the matter has also been submitted to the Better Business Bureau so it can be formally reviewed. We simply hope the situation can be resolved and that future guests do not encounter the same issue.

In effect, the location took no responsibility for honoring what was advertised on their own website and confirmed in writing through their booking system. Even more concerning, employees acknowledged that this has been a recurring issue in which the website and confirmation emails advertise benefits that guests are later told they cannot receive.
Situations like this feel misleading. Advertising a benefit to encourage bookings and then refusing to honor it when payment is due is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Up until that point, the experience itself had been enjoyable. The games were fun and the staff were generally friendly. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled overshadowed the otherwise positive experience and left our group feeling misled.
