Hello so this is my first and last time eating here and i came here because this is WAS my favorite food branch and i came here due to rest stop because i live in nyc, so i ordered food and strictly put toasted and before they even made the food i said to toast the food and like he and she said it will be toasted in such an aggresive tone and so when i got my food the person serving was super disrespectful to me and my uncle, and after we inspected it we took it up and asked him why is it cold and he said it’s the way it is he can’t do anything and spoke super disrespectfully and told me to either eat or get out and they were laughing at us in their language which i kinda understood and they were calling me stupid and fat please do something about this

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee was difficult to understand and communicated in a confusing and unprofessional manner. I also felt disrespected, especially as a woman.
I was there with my child, who is under 2 years old, and the poor service made it difficult for us to even eat comfortably. We asked for the bread and cheese to be heated, but they were not. When we questioned it, the staff insisted it was hot and claimed that the bread simply becomes cold after coming out of the oven.
When we asked them to check it themselves, they continued to argue instead of resolving the issue. One employee even reheated another piece of bread and rudely told us to “see, it’s already cold.”
Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. The food was not good at all the
bread tasted stale like it had been sitting out way too long, and it completely ruined the sandwich. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude and acted like they didn’t even want to be there, which made the whole experience even worse. I expected something quick and decent, but instead it was low quality and unpleasant. Definitely a 1-star visit for me, and I wouldn’t go back.

Do not come here. The short Indian lady who worked here barely put ANY MEAT OR VEGGIES on my sandwhich and when I asked her to put more stated she'd have to charge me extra? Terrible customer service. Never again.
