I left Sonic hungry and with no food
I got there at 12:10 and placed an order.
The parking lot was not full but it was lunch hours so I decided to be patient as I had already placed my order.
It was 12:59 when I decided to go in and check on the order and just demand a refund.
They did not have my food ready.
They had no idea what my order was.
Mind you I was at the drive-in dine in.
Not sure how you messed up
I canceled my order, left hungry and wasted my lunch break
This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely clown show.

Placed a mobile order at 12:30 am , app and google said the store was open. Paid and checked in at the stall waited 30 minutes. Turns out the store was closed and now I can’t get a refund. Don’t trust the times online or on the app.

Staff is so rude it’s like they are mad that you interrupted their work day.
Would be a fun job if it wasn’t for all these dang customers wanting food and drink all the time lol

I usually leave only positive reviews but third strike here. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to.
It took almost 45 minutes to get a drink and app, which I’d unfortunately already paid for or I would have left. I’ve been here once a few years ago when it was also super slow, then once recently where it was so-so on speed. Tried again today and it was painfully slow.

It’s unfortunate that you can’t leave zero stars. Pulled into a stall (remember this is a Sonic) because there was a long line in the drive thru. Person taking my order wasn’t even listening and asked me to repeat my order 4 times. After hearing some laughter, she tells me to just go through the drive thru. Told her I’ll just leave actually. Felt sorry for the poor people in that line. It’s such a shame what has happened to customer service over the years!
