  Terrible, terrible, terrible service. It took forever for someone to answer. Then, when they finally did, the machine wasn't working, so we couldn't pay. We called for help and no one answered. So we left! This was super embarrassing on your end btw.

  It seems like the past few times I've come it's taken an excessive amount of time to get my order (even when ordering ahead. This time I waited 15 minutes from mu expected pickup time) and half the time the food is cold or something has been forgotten. Definitely need more staff since this time I only saw one woman running orders

  No reason one drink should take literally 23 minutes. Around 2pm, not an overly busy time. Never coming here again.

  Absolutely terrible. Awful customer service, awful attitude from employees and a complete waste of time. Will never ever return to this location. I am a Sonic regular and just happened to be on this side of town and decided to stop by for a route 44 drink. Smh...needless to say, 45 min later...no drink or refund.
