Placed an order on the app and paid for it. I arrived and followed the instructions on the app to get my order. I pressed the red button and entered my stall number. I told the person on the speaker that I was there to pick up an app order and NOTHING. I’ve sat here for almost 20 minutes waiting and no one is responding and no one is bringing my food. I can’t give a zero but I would if I could. It’s not even busy so why is this taking so long? I’d like my money back but I dare say that will never happen. So frustrating!
Follow-up: I left after waiting 30 minutes. Wish I could get my money back. The person on the speaker cut me off every time I tried to talk. They are so rude. Left and went to Chik Fil A and got my food within 5 minutes. Lesson learned.

If I could give zero stars I would. It took 30 minutes just to get a drink. And then the waitress was rude,

The people that work here are consistently rude and entitled. Today I had an issue with the app. Paid for my order but was unable to confirm my arrival. The old man on duty yelled at me through the speaker and when I went up to the door to speak with them he continued to yell at me. Not only did he not provide his name when he told me I could call and speak to his manager after the weekend 2 days from now, he told me not to tell him how to do his job when I asked for the order I paid for. They stole my money and made me feel horrible. Customer service is non existent. This is not the first time which is why I’m leaving a review. I was close enough to see inside the kitchen and found it to be disgusting and dirty. Definitely will not be returning because I know the food quality is at risk for contamination. This location needs to reviewed by health inspectors and given a maintenance review as well for the potholes and lighting outages for safety concerns. They are violating ethics and all the codes.
