  We ordered for delivery and never got our food. Called the store and the gm got an attitude and said the driver was probably lost and hung up on us. So we waited and still never got it. called the store back and got refused a refund and the Gm refused to tell us his name for a complaint. I also don't believe that was a GM because of the lack of professionalism. He hung up on us again. Customer service was no help we still haven't gotten a refund. Inorder for pizza hut to redeem themselves to me i would have to see some sort of compensation. I know pizza hut can do better the lebanon location is amazing

  I placed an order for delivery and it said it was delivered and never was. So I called the store and the general manager get an attitude with me and says that the drivers probably in the parking lot and hung up on me. I went and waited outside for a while and went back in and tried to call back for a refund and the general manager refused to give me his name for a complaint and refused my refund as well. The lack of professionalism is sickening. I just wanted my food or my money back and got neither. If I could give it a half a star I would. Judging by all the other bad reviews I should've read the reviews of this store first before I ordered. Ive spent probably hundreds to thousands at pizza hut over the last few years because it was my favorite place to eat. I will no longer be eating at pizza hut ever again. Can we do better pizza hut? Its not looking like it. I wonder if anyone else has got stolen from like i did.

  If I can give it a half of a star I would employees and their are attentive to the customers the foods never ready on time and what it is on time you have to yell and scream at them to come to the front and service you the entire management staff and employees need to be retrained on how to do their job

  I don’t know his name because he was disrespectful the whole time but the big white guy Bragged about deleting bad reviews because another woman threatened to leave a bad review on him. He was very racist towards her and two other Hispanic customers, including me once I started speaking Spanish apologizing for his actions he needs to be held accountable. He’s VERY angry for absolutely no reason.
