    I ordered a late night pizza at 11:08 pm. It was expected to arrive within 45 minutes. 4 delivery drivers attempted to pick up and then moved on as they were waiting for the order. After 2 hours, the delivery driver cancelled the order. I received no immediate refund or notification. So now i have to chase down my refund

    This place is horrible as far as service, polite, friendliness, food preparation in a timely manner(they talking about several hours on Feb. 6, 2026) I sat in the drive-thru for almost a hour this evening waiting on 2 DoorDash orders one lady came & got the names but never came back SMH…..so about 15-20 mins later a gentleman came & asked for name(s) so gave them to him & went & checked came back & said very rudely “it’s gonna be awhile” never gave me a timeframe or anything just slammed the window in my face…..I was like really so I honked my horn several times while every employee in there never acknowledged me nor did they turn there heads my way and mind you was answering the phone and looking at there computer screen right by the drive-thru window. I know they were understaffed but I’ve been in customer service for most of my life with the jobs I’ve had and we’ve been slammed and not one time was I or my coworkers rude or ignored our customers we just explained to them what was going on and asked to please be patient with we’re behind & short staffed & they always understood but these folks couldn’t even tell you what was going on just rude & frustrated and acted like it was problem getting a pizza….heck Doordash’s customer support called and the gentleman who came to the window asking who I had he hung up on her I mean come on if you don’t like your job and can’t handle the heat than keep it movin but it’s making the business suffer in the meantime!!! And it wasn’t just him either it was pretty much all of them I feel they all need to be trained again and this time right cause there people skills are horrible!!!!
