- AFAlex F4 days ago1.0They have outsourced their delivery to DoorDash now, the drivers take forever to get you your order and the last time they just threw it on the front porch without letting anyone know they were there. Tried contacting Papa Johns and got no response after filling out their service request form. Sad to see this pizza of chain spiral into a dumpster fire.
- WMWhittney MartinezMar 14, 20265.0My order was originally through uber eats. I clicked on a deal buy one get one free pepperoni pizza, but when uber delivered my order it only had one pizza. So I tried to contact Uber Eats, but had trouble getting through to anyone. I decided to contact the store & explained to the manager that I ordered it for me & my kids. She told me that the order read only one pizza, but then took my information & said she would get another one made & have one of her drivers deliver it. The pizza came exactly when she said & it was freshly made & the delivery driver was very kind. Thank you so much for going out of your way to make sure we were taken care of.
